1. General Terms

3. Betting Rules

8. Suspension and Account Closure

365JL reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time for any reason, especially when these terms are violated or when suspicious activity is detected. If such action is taken, you will be notified through the contact details you registered with. You may also reach out to our customer support team anytime if you prefer to close your account on your own.

• Immediate suspension for rule violations
• Accounts may be frozen while an investigation is ongoing
• Any remaining balance will be returned in cases of permanent closure, except for bonus funds
• Self-exclusion options are available for players who need a break
• Once an account is closed, it can no longer be reopened
• All decisions made by 365JL are final and binding
